Developer & Engine
Ubisoft Singapore leads development, with many original Black Flag developers returning. The game is built on the latest version of the Ubisoft Anvil engine — the same technology powering recent Assassin's Creed titles — bringing modern rendering, physics, and animation to the Caribbean.
