AC Black Flag Resynced: 50 Tips & Tricks
Quick-hitting tips we've gathered from developer deep dives, preview footage, and original Black Flag knowledge that still applies.
Combat

- Rope Dart at Sequence 3: Use it to pull snipers off rooftops before they spot you.
- Heavy attack breaks guards: Charged heavy swings break through enemy blocking.
- Kick enemies off ledges: Near a railing or rooftop edge? Kick, don't stab โ instant kill.
- Smoke bombs work on groups: Drop one and chain assassinate up to 4 enemies while they're blinded.
- Berserk darts cause chaos: Hit a brute with a berserk dart and watch him clear the room for you.
- Counter-kill chains: After a perfect parry kill, immediately flick toward the next enemy and attack to chain.
